Minna lay staring upwards at the sky, watching the clouds go by. Bliss! She thought happily and let out a contented sigh. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, and she was happy. The elf sat up and reached for her pack to get some food but a sudden urge stopped her, instead she stood up and cartwheeled, her skirt flopping down over her chest. When she finished she grinned childishly, realised what she looked like glanced around in horror to see if anyone had seen it. She couldn't see anyone so she flopped back down onto her back and watched the clouds again. Bird.... Tree.... Minna smiled again, basking in the the sunshine.

Ariis giggled softly."that was much mor than i intended to see."he said stepping out of the shadows.He sat down in the grass afew feet away.His little crown and his many chain necklaces glimmered in the sun.THe boy had a blackis grey hair color and a lighter almost white color ontop.

Minna sat up quickly, her face scarlet. "You saw that?" She asked in an embarresed voice. Where did he come from? She wailed mentaly. "Who are you anyway?" She asked, trying to keep her face from heating up any more.

He smirked"yeah i did"he said looking at her."names Ariis"he said looking at her with his silver eyes.It was kinda funny with her making that face and all.

"I'm Minna," she said and returned the look with her own deep blue eyes. "Nice crown," she remarked sarcasticly, he must really like his jewelery. A small smile played across her lips for a moment, then it was gone.

Ariis smirked"of course,or i wouldn't be wearing it."he said looking at her."that's a nice name,Minna.

Minna looked at Ariis scepticaly, "You think?" She lay back in the grass and sighed. For some reason she'd always hated her name.

"yeah"he said lookingat her."why'd you ask me that?"Ariis said looing at her.He liked her name fine it was alot better than most names he had heard.

"I don't know, I've always hated my name for some reason." She said staring at the sky. "So, what brings you here then?" The girl was curious, it had been a while since she'd seen another human- well human like- person on her travels.

"nothiing really just wandering around like usual."he said looking at her.Ariis usually didn't stay in one place so it was normal to see him in odd places.

"Yeah, me to, I get so bored just holed up at home all the time." She sat up again and smiled at him. "And I like it here, it's so pretty on day like this."

"yeah"he said looking at her.It was nice but usually he only liked things in the dArk but it was really nice out here.

"So..." She said racking her brain for some more conversation but failing to find any. This guy doesn't like to talk much does he? she thought.

Ariis just looked at her innocently.He smiled slightly at her."hmmm....So why are you all alone out her anyways?do you not have family or something?"he asked.

Minna grimaced "My parents moved out to go look after my grandma, so I went traveling. No way was I gonna sit around in an old bats cottage." She grinned at Ariis "So what about you? Why are you out here all alone huh?"
