I shivered a little, I forgot to bring my black cloak with me, I must have set it down somewhere and left it... someone probably already picked it up by now... I frowned in the dark and then looked up at the two people still walking around, it was odd. I watched Richard sink down in the bench as i sighed. "Yeah, I think your alright, you may have just spooked yourself?" He still looked kinda funny, but i figured he'd get over it.
It still bothered me still that I forgot my cloak, I wanted to punch someone but I just clenched my fist and took a deep breath in and then let it out. I looked over at the girl... Maybe she found it? But probably not. "Do you have somewhere to go?" I asked her wile glancing around, "We could walk you there, it would be dangerous even for me." I told her wile glancing over at the two strange people still up and about.

Derrik sighed as he got up from the bench as the two strange people had entered a small house. He ignored it and looked at Krista who had asked if Alarna was going somewhere. And then Krista had said that we would walk her there. He opened his eyes wide.
"I guess I will go with you two as well then. Thievery I could handle, but murder is something different."[/color]
He said rubbing his arm.

Alarna frowned, she'd had her back o the two people who'd been acting strangely. "Who said anything about murder?" She asked him, glancing behind her to see if anyone wa there. She wondered why they were so eager to help her all of a sudden, she was probably more safe on these streets than them, or so she liked to think. She knew them like the back of her hand after all.

Richard scratched his head. Puzzled at what she had said.
" I don't think you understand what I meant. What I meant is that both of you could be killed. Tonight people are acting very strange. But, if you are fine by yourself then I will take my leave."[/color]
He told her turning into a wolf.

I listened to them talk, it seemed like the girl was fine by herself. The shift shaper seemed as if he wanted to go, and so did I. It would be easy for someone to pinpoint you out of the darkness, fallow you and end your life where no one would even see. I shivered again, "None of you happened to see a black cloak around her, eh?" I asked wile touching my skin, it was freezing.
This shape shifter turned into a wolf and was about to leave if the girl was fine on her own, "So, just leave me to probably get murdered on the streets...?" I said under my breath as I lift myself up off the bench to walk away. I wanted to go fine my cloak and I was a little pissed off, but I couldn't find it in the dark, I needed some source of light, I had it, but I wasn't ready to use it in front of anyone. I kept on walking and then rolled my eyes.

Alarna shook her head slightly, "Sorry," she said to Krista, a black cloak wasn't excatly an uncommon thing. She watched the shape shifter go and then turned in the direction of the shop she was staying at. She was just about to go when she realised the puppy all this fuss had been about in the first place was on the floor. She picked him up and called to Krista "Do you still want this puppy? Or shall I keep him?" the girl jogged in her direction, glad of the extra warmth it gave her.

Richard looked towards Krista. He turned into a human and walked up next to her. He removed his cloak that he had wrapped around and held it out to her.
" Here take mine and if you would like I could walk you back to where ever you live."[/color]
He said still holding out his cloak.

I sighed when she told me no. I guess I shall have to buy another I suppose... I kept walking, I didn't know where I was going in the dark, but who cared? It sure didn't seem like they did. I made a fist as I walked, my boots made a tapping noise on the ground as I walked away and then the girl spoke, asking me if I wanted the puppy. I became very upset for some reason and turned around rapidly, "Do you think that if I wanted it I'd be leaving without it?! I don't think so! Maybe that will be a good enough answer.. That is if your smart enough.." I said that last part under breath Ans then turned around and started walking.
I heard the girls footsteps stop and then start up again, I sighed, I knew they weren't hers, So they had to be the shape shifters. I stopped as he told me; " Here take mine and if you would like I could walk you back to where ever you live." I looked over my shoulder, He was holding his own cloak out. A smirk came upon my face, not a bad one, but a nicer one. "heh. Mr. Thats very nice of you, but I'm afraid I'm not going to go home tonight." I gave him a dirty look then, after looking down at his cloak. "And, thats fine, I'll just go buy my own or write someone back home that I need a new cloak." I rolled my eyes and stood there for a second.

Alarna cuddled the puppy closer to her chest, "Fine then, I'll keep it," she replied angrily, what kind of answer was that to a perfectly civil question? She walked off towards an alley that came out near to where she was staying. She stopped when she heard Krista say, 'I'm not going home tonight' "D'you want me to show you where you can stay, or have you got somewhere?" She asked the girl, wondering if she'd accept help from a lowly mortal.

Richard looked at Krista and put his cloak back around him. He blinked his eyes and they turned into bright yellow cat eyes.

I stood there listening, calming myself down. I didn't mind if the girl kept the puppy, it didn't bother me anymore. The girl insist on showing me around, and the shape shifter told me I couldn't see in the dark, now he pissed me off, I turned toward him, "Oh! I didn't know that! Thanks so much for reminding me!" I told him sarcastically, I walked over to the girl "And yes, why don't you show me, I'm so blind in the dark, I'm afraid I might just trip over my own feet," I frowned as I turned and said those last words sarcastically to the man, I rolled my eyes. I shrugged and turned back to the girl, "Well?"

Alarna shrugged and held the puppy closer to her chest, she couldn't let him get too cold, "Well, it's this way then," she said nodding to the direction that they should go in. She glanced around the street and slipped her hand underneath her coat, fingering the wooden handle of her dagger. If anyone did attack them then it was best to be prepared, even if she did have a magical person with her.

Richard decided it was best for him to leave them be. He turned into a hulking black wolf and ran past them and out threw the gates of town. When he was out of sight of them he let out a menacing and blood lusting howl. He turned around and ran into the woods back to his campsite.

I watched him run past, I shouldn't have lost my temper like that, but there was nothing I could do now. I turned back to the girl "Well, I guess its just me and you.." I sighed, I wonder if I'll ever see him again... So strange... I thought and began walking with the girl and the puppy. There was a howl not too far off, it was him. I looked over at the girl pretending everything was fine, "God.." I wasn't talking to anyone in particular.
