He stood awkwardly in the doorway, unsure what to do now. He had had something to say...

Ketsueki felt like a child. He had gotten distracted so he forgot what he wanted to say.

Minika sat up. "It does get a bit boring sometimes." She smiled at Ketsueki.

He walked over to her, and sat down on the bed, legs crossed and facing her.
"Oh, yeah. I was thinking...I remember some things. When I was a human. I just thought they were irrelevant before, but..." He shrugged. "I remember some of my childhood. I remember having a friend, too."

Minika looked at him.
"Oh cool. I still don't remember anything. Not even my childhood." Minika looked away. Minika pulled the blanket over her legs to hid the fact she was just in a singlet and underwear.

Ketsueki hadn't noticed what she was wearing, and he didn't now either. He watched Minika. She seemed so...he couldn't really think of a word. But he liked her.

Minika looked back at Ketsueki. She felt comfortable around him. Yet she did not know why. Minika felt an urge to kiss him again. But she did not.

Ketsueki heard her - vampire senses - and turned around and looked at her. He walked back into the bedroom.

A memory. He sat back down on the bed.
